Former Star Is Expected To Be An AEW Regular Moving Forward

Lio Rush returned to AEW on the May 29 episode of Dynamite in the Casino Gauntlet Match before working the May 30 taping of Collision and the June 15 episode of Collision. He was also in action on June 19, taping of AEW Rampage, where he competed against Action Andretti in a TNT Title Ladder Match qualifier.

Before this, Rush was a part of the promotion from May 2021 to February 2022. According to Fightful Select, Rush is expected to be a regular with AEW going forward.

Per the report, ceative plans are already in motion for the 29-year-old, although it’s unclear if Rush has officially signed with AEW.
