Adam Copeland Surgery Update

Adam Copeland, the ex-AEW TNT Champion, broke his shin bone during a match against Malakai Black in a Barbed Wire Steel Cage Match at the AEW Double or Nothing 2024 pay-per-view.

Due to this injury, he had to give up his title and have an operation. Dave Meltzer reported the following in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter about Copeland: 

“Adam Copeland had five screws and a plate put in his broken left ankle that he’s recovering from surgery from.”

We wish him a speedy recovery.
