Another Update On Ric Flair’s AEW Status

AEW

Ric Flair made his debut in AEW last year as a surprise gift from Tony Khan to Sting before his retirement at Revolution.

Flair has been absent from AEW television since Revolution. Recently, there has been a lack of promotion for Wooooo Energy on AEW TV, indicating that fans may not see any ads for it in the future.

Interestingly, Flair’s contract with AEW is reminiscent of Randy Savage’s deal with WCW in the 1990s. Tony Khan confirmed that AEW was receiving payment from Wooooo Energy for Flair’s appearances.

Reports from Fightful suggest that Flair is not currently involved in any creative plans. The partnership between AEW and Wooooo Energy seems to have come to an end.
