Ricky Starks Expected To Be WWE-Bound Once AEW Contract Expires

It seems like Ricky Starks might be nearing the end of his time in AEW since he hasn’t been featured in months. The last time fans saw him was during a match on the March 30 episode of AEW Collision.

Starks has stated that he wasn’t actually injured before and has no idea why AEW hasn’t utilized him lately. AEW President Tony Khan has expressed his desire to have Starks back in action.

This week, PWInsider.com mentioned that there’s definitely interest in several AEW talents whose contracts are nearing expiration or who have been absent from TV, including Starks. In the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer indicated that Starks is likely headed to WWE once his contract is up, although it’s still uncertain when that will be.
