New AEW Talent Signing Revealed

“Dynamite Kid” Tommy Billington, who is the nephew of the late Dynamite Kid, is believed to have signed with AEW.

According to Fightful Select, sources close to Tommy suggest that he has signed with AEW. There are also rumors that WWE NXT showed interest in him. However, neither AEW nor Billington has confirmed this information, and it’s unclear whether he signed a full-time contract or a per-appearance deal.

He started his wrestling career in 2018, teaming up with his brother Mark at the Billington Bulldogs.

As a duo, they performed in Canada and the UK and were part of MLW from 2022 to 2023. Their last match with MLW was in January 2023.

Billington made his AEW debut in May, where he lost to Dax Harwood in a singles match on Collision. Since then, he hasn’t wrestled for AEW, but he has participated in a few independent events.
