During the Road to Destruction event in Sendai September 11, Zack Sabre Jr. was visibly surprised when SANADA scored a victory over the G1 Climax winner. Shortly after, the Just 5 Guys member reminded Zack that he had previously defeated him in his hometown during the G1 Climax. Now, SANADA seeks revenge on October 20th.
Zack gladly accepted the challenge, admitting that the loss was a great reminder that he isn’t invincible, especially against a dangerous and motivated competitor like SANADA.
Speaking of motivation, a potential win for Zack at King Of Pro Wrestling 2024 could mean that SANADA has a chance of regaining the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship at Royal Quest against the hometown hero.
Especially with Zack promising that his goal is to bring the IWGP World Heavyweight title back to England and defend it in front of a home crowd.
So will SANADA return the favor by defeating the UK native on his home turf?
At Capital Collision 2024, Ishii and Tanahashi managed to overcome the Grizzled Young Veterans and the TMDK members Bad Dude Tito and Robbie Eagles, positioning themselves as frontrunners for the tag team titles.
Tanahashi and Ishii, both no strangers to Tag Team gold, are looking to add another accomplishment to their impressive list of achievements.
Will TMDK successfully defend their titles for the second time, or will the formidable team of Tanahashi and Ishii dethrone them?
