Bryan Danielson lost the AEW World Heavyweight Title to Jon Moxley in the main event of the AEW WrestleDream pay-per-view at the Tacoma Dome. The match had a serious stipulation: Danielson would have to retire from wrestling full-time if he lost.

Regarding the PPV buys, Dave Meltzer reported the following in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter

“Regarding WrestleDream, those in the company have estimated that it will end up about the same as All Out, which would be about 105,000 buys if accurate.”
