The Rock made a special appearance on this week’s WWE Raw, marking the Netflix premiere episode. He gave Roman Reigns the Ula Fala after his Tribal Combat Match.
Originally, WWE had planned to feature The Rock vs. Cody Rhodes as a marquee match at WrestleMania 41, following WrestleMania 40. That is no longer planned.
In the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported that “the idea of Rock vs. Reigns we have been told by several is not dead, and they still could go to that in the future.”
