The champs went over. Following the conclusion of their intense match at AEW Dynasty, Dax Harwood initiated a brutal post-match assault on Copeland, delivering a punishing piledriver while Cash Wheeler tended to the fallen competitor. Harwood’s aggression escalated as he attempted to use a steel chair on Copeland, but Wheeler intervened, preventing the attack.
However, this momentary reprieve was short-lived, as Harwood and Wheeler then executed a devastating combination of the Shatter Machine and a piledriver onto Copeland, who lay prone on the chair. The assault culminated in a vicious conchairto, leaving Copeland incapacitated and marking a violent end to the championship encounter.
