Recently released WWE star Nixon Newell, formerly known as Tegan Nox, has her sights set on All Elite Wrestling.
Speaking on the Wrestle in Middle podcast, Newell was asked about potentially joining AEW and was direct about her interest, though she noted she is not aware of any interest from the company’s side.
“Not that I know of. I would love to go there, there’s so many people there that I want to wrestle,” Newell said. She specifically mentioned wanting to renew a past rivalry with one of AEW’s top stars.
“Like I really want to tangle with Toni Storm again. I wrestled Toni many years ago on the indies. So I’d like to revisit that,” she explained. “There’s just a lot of women there that I would love to wrestle. So I am more than willing to talk about some stuff.”
