Will Ospreay Proposes An ‘AEW World Tour’

AEW

AEW star Will Ospreay has proposed a massive “AEW World Tour” in response to a social media post from company president Tony Khan. Khan is currently in France for the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity before heading to Mexico for this week’s historic AEW Grand Slam event.

In a short video, Khan spoke about AEW’s “international expansion” and his work introducing the brand to top entertainment executives in Cannes. Ospreay, one of AEW’s biggest international stars, retweeted the video with a simple but clear proposal for the company’s future.

“AEW World Tour please,” Ospreay wrote.

AEW has significantly expanded its global presence in recent years, most notably with its record-breaking All In event at Wembley Stadium in London. This week’s Grand Slam: Mexico from Arena México marks another major international milestone for the promotion. Ospreay’s suggestion indicates a desire from top talent to continue that global growth with a full world tour.
