Brian Cage gave a detailed update on his recovery process in a new interview with “Wombreezy and The Magic Of Wrestling.” Cage underwent two separate knee surgeries earlier this year.

He revealed that his original plan was to have surgery on his right knee, which had been bothering him for 18 months, after the All In pay-per-view. However, after he tore his left knee in March, he made the decision to get both knees surgically repaired during his time off. “I go, you know what, it’s going to suck, but let’s just do it now,” Cage said.

Cage is not providing a specific timetable for his return to the ring. “I am not giving anyone any dates or times. I know when I want to be back, I know when I think I’ll be back, but I don’t want anybody to have any sort of expectations… I want it to be a complete surprise.”
