Will Ospreay Reveals Neck Injury, Hopes To Be Cleared For Forbidden Door

AEW

Will Ospreay appeared on the July 23 episode of AEW Dynamite to provide an update on his health status. Ospreay revealed he has been dealing with neck issues for the past 10 months.

He stated that he has two herniated discs, at C2 and C6, that are going into his spinal cord. Ospreay said that he kept the injury quiet because he had made promises to help get the AEW World Championship away from Jon Moxley. He is hopeful that with the right treatment, he can be cleared to compete by the time AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door takes place on August 24. He also vowed that upon his return, he will be coming after the Death Riders faction.
