AEW’s Jeff Jarrett is celebrating a historic milestone. Today, August 16, 2025, marks two full years since Jarrett defeated Jeff Hardy on the August 16, 2023, episode of AEW Dynamite to win the Texas Chain Saw Massacre Death Match Championship.
The unique championship was created as a promotional tie-in for the release of the video game of the same name. Jarrett has remained undefeated in championship defenses since winning the bout.
