Title Changes Hands At AEW Forbidden Door

AEW

New AEW World Tag Team Champions have been crowned at the AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door pay-per-view in London, England. Brodido (Brody King & Bandido) won a chaotic three-way match to capture the championships.

The bout also featured the now-former champions, The Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley & Shelton Benjamin), and FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler).

The match saw a significant turn of events when two men disguised in NJPW tracksuits attacked Lashley and Benjamin with pipes. The attackers were then revealed to be Ricochet and The Gates of Agony. With The Hurt Syndicate taken out of the match, Bandido was able to hit a 450 splash on Dax Harwood to secure the pinfall victory and win the championships for his team.
