AEW star Queen Aminata recently experienced a travel nightmare following the Forbidden Door pay-per-view in London, England, when her backpack, containing her passport, was stolen. The incident left her stranded in the country, but in a new vlog posted to her YouTube channel, she expressed her immense gratitude to her employer, All Elite Wrestling, for their immediate and thorough support during the stressful situation. The company’s quick response ensured that she was taken care of while navigating the difficult process of securing emergency travel documents, a situation that could have been much worse without their assistance.
In the vlog, Aminata detailed the ordeal and made sure to publicly thank the company for their help, emphasizing how the entire team was “hands-on” from the moment they learned of her situation.
“Let me thank AEW for making sure I was okay. The second they heard that my passport was gone, every single person was hands on to make sure I am okay, and I was so thankful.”
She also walked her viewers through the process of having to apply for and receive an emergency passport, which required her to stay in London longer than originally planned. Despite the frustrating circumstances, she was able to make it back to the United States in time to compete on the live August 30 episode of AEW Collision. In the main event of that show, she teamed with Toni Storm and Mina Shirakawa in a winning effort against Billie Starkz and The Triangle of Madness.
