An action-packed lineup has been announced for this Saturday’s episode of AEW Collision on October 25. The show will be headlined by a massive eight-man tag team match with a $400,000 prize on the line. In a shocking twist, bitter rivals will be forced to team up as The Young Bucks (Matthew and Nicholas Jackson) join forces with FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler). They will face the formidable combination of the reunited Jurassic Express (Jack Perry & Luchasaurus) and the high-flying duo JetSpeed (“Speedball” Mike Bailey & Kevin Knight). The match was announced by AEW President Tony Khan, and the massive cash prize adds an incredible level of stakes to the encounter, forcing the two legendary tag teams to coexist against a common set of foes.
The show will also feature a significant singles match in the women’s division, as Thekla is set to go one-on-one with Mina Shirakawa. This match was put together after the two had a heated confrontation backstage on a recent episode of AEW Dynamite, and they will now look to settle their differences in the ring. In another major segment, fans will hear from the reigning AEW World Champion, “Hangman” Adam Page. Page is coming off a brutal and successful title defense against Samoa Joe at the WrestleDream pay-per-view, which saw Joe and his faction, The Opps, viciously attack the champion after the bell. The wrestling world will be listening closely to what Page has to say in response to that assault.
Finally, the show will feature two more major singles bouts. The “Cold-Hearted Handsome Devil” HOOK will be in action, looking to continue his dominant run. Additionally, in what promises to be a hard-hitting international dream match, “The Bastard” PAC will take on the “Stone Pitbull,” Tomohiro Ishii.
