Adam Copeland Reveals When His AEW Contract Expires

AEW

Any rumors of Adam Copeland (fka Edge) making a surprise return to WWE for John Cena’s retirement tour have been firmly shut down. A new report confirms that Copeland is under contract with AEW for a significant amount of time.

In a recent interview, Copeland revealed he has about “18 months left” on his AEW deal, meaning his contract runs through late 2026. He also reiterated his plan to retire permanently from in-ring competition once his current run concludes.

Reports have also clarified that there have been “no conversations” about Copeland appearing in WWE, and Tony Khan would reportedly not allow it.
