First-Time Ever Matches Added To AEW Dynamite

AEW

All Elite Wrestling has added two major, high-stakes matches to this Wednesday’s three-hour Dynamite/Collision special in Boston. AEW President Tony Khan has announced that spots in the upcoming Casino Gauntlet match for the AEW National Championship at Full Gear will be on the line.

In a first-time-ever AEW singles encounter, Bobby Lashley will face Ricochet to determine who enters the gauntlet match at the coveted number one spot. While the two former WWE stars have crossed paths in multi-man matches during the ongoing feud between The Hurt Syndicate and The Demand, this will be their first one-on-one meeting in the company.

Additionally, Shelton Benjamin will go one-on-one with “Speedball” Mike Bailey to determine the entrant for the number two spot in the gauntlet match.

Updated Lineup for AEW Dynamite (November 19):

  • AEW World Title Eliminator: “Hangman” Adam Page vs. Katsuyori Shibata

  • Double Jeopardy Match: Kazuchika Okada vs. Mascara Dorada

  • ROH Women’s TV Title Unification: Mercedes Moné vs. Red Velvet

  • National Title Gauntlet Qualifier: Bobby Lashley vs. Ricochet (Winner enters #1)

  • National Title Gauntlet Qualifier: Shelton Benjamin vs. Mike Bailey (Winner enters #2)

  • AEW Women’s Tag Team Tournament Quarterfinals: Toni Storm & Mina Shirakawa vs. Riho & Alex Windsor; TayJay vs. Megan Bayne & Marina Shafir

  • Appearance: Kenny Omega
