MJF isn’t buying Bret Hart’s act.
The Hitman recently went viral for asking “Who is that?” when MJF’s name came up during a Q&A. In an interview with Fightful, MJF dismissed the comment as trolling, citing their interaction at Double or Nothing 2019.
“Do I think he actually doesn’t know who I am? Of course he f**king knows who I am,” MJF said. He recalled Hart complimenting his promo work backstage after MJF had roasted him on the microphone.
MJF also defended Sheamus against Hart’s recent criticisms of his working style, while acknowledging Hart’s greatness with a caveat.
“Is Bret Hart incredible? Yes… But that doesn’t mean he’s not f**king good at wrestling.”
