AEW Continuing Aggressive Talent Acquisition Strategy

AEW

All Elite Wrestling shows no signs of slowing down its roster expansion. The company has already made significant moves in recent months, adding notable names like Andrade El Idolo, The Rascalz, Alex Price, Jordan Oliver, Maya World, Hyan, Zayda Steel, and Clark Connors. Additionally, it has surfaced that Tatevik was quietly signed in the Fall of 2025.

According to Fightful Select, the hiring spree is far from over. The outlet reports that AEW is still actively looking to expand, with specific additions to the women’s roster expected “fairly soon.” While specific names have not yet been confirmed, sources indicate there are a number of talents already signed who have not yet been made public.

The aggressive recruitment is described as a move to “freshen up the roster” rather than just adding depth for television time. This influx coincides with a significant exodus of talent; since the start of 2025, names such as The Righteous, Matt Taven, Abadon, Zak Knight, Leyla Hirsch, Saraya, Rey Fenix, Miro, Powerhouse Hobbs, Ricky Starks, Malakai Black, Mercedes Martinez, and Alex Abrahantes have officially finished up with the company.
