Number One Contender’s Match Set for Grand Slam Australia

AEW

A first-time-ever matchup has been set for AEW Grand Slam Australia following the events of the February 4 episode of Dynamite. In a huge night for Andrade El Idolo, he secured a massive singles victory over Kenny Omega. The controversial finish saw El Idolo hit Omega with a low blow followed by The DM to steal the win.

With this victory, El Idolo advances to face ‘Hangman’ Adam Page at the Grand Slam event in Sydney on February 14. The stakes could not be higher, as the winner of this bout will officially challenge MJF for the AEW World Championship at AEW Revolution in March.
