The road to AEW Revolution makes its final stop this Saturday with a loaded “go-home” edition of AEW Collision. Taped immediately following Wednesday’s Dynamite in San Jose, the program features several first-time-ever encounters and crucial tune-up matches for the superstars competing in Los Angeles just twenty-four hours later.
International Standouts and Returning Stars Highlight the Card
Headlining the broadcast is a highly anticipated first-time-ever singles match between Andrade El Idolo and CMLL’s Mascara Dorada. Andrade, who is scheduled for a major clash with Bandido on Sunday, looks to secure momentum against one of Mexico’s most talented luchadors. In the women’s division, Lena Kross will go one-on-one with the “Timeless” Mina Shirakawa. The match serves as a final test for Kross before she attempts to capture both the TBS and Women’s Tag Team titles at Revolution.
The trios division will also be represented as competitors prepare for their respective title and grudge matches. Kevin Knight will square off against El Clon, while Mark Davis of the Don Callis Family faces the returning Komander. This marks Komander’s first AEW appearance since January, adding an element of unpredictability to the show. Additionally, Juice Robinson makes his AEW return after a successful stint in ROH, teaming with Ace Austin and Austin Gunn to take on Ricochet, Toa Liona, and Bishop Kaun. The broadcast will be rounded out by a trios appearance from the Triangle of Madness and a final address from Kris Statlander before her 2/3 Falls World Title match against Thekla.
