The talent lineup for the upcoming MLW vs. CMLL event on May 1 has been announced, featuring a mix of MLW regulars and recognizable names from across the wrestling landscape.
Announced participants include Shotzi, Trevor Lee, Ikuro Kwon, Donovan Dijak, Bishop Dyer, Diego Hill, KUSHIDA, Lady Frost, and Austin Aries. The event marks another chapter in the ongoing cross-promotional relationship between Major League Wrestling and Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre, which has produced some of the more compelling cross-brand matchups in the independent wrestling space in recent years. Lady Frost’s appearance is notable given that her AEW contract recently expired, making the MLW vs. CMLL show one of her first confirmed bookings as a free agent.
