The biggest moment of the night came when Broken Matt Hardy made his return during Jeff Hardy’s match against Vincent. After Jeff hit the Swanton Bomb for the win, the lights flickered to reveal the Broken Matt persona has returned. The Hardy Boyz subsequently declared that The Righteous would be getting the Broken Hardys — a significant escalation in their ongoing feud.
In the main championship developments, TNA World Champion Mike Santana issued an opportunity to Rich Swann, who responded by saying he would fight Santana all night long. Daria Rae made their title match official for next week. Leon Slater announced he will become the longest-reigning X-Division Champion of all time on May 15 before granting Cedric Alexander another title opportunity on May 14 in Sacramento. Mustafa Ali defended the TNA International Championship against Adam Brooks, retaining the title.

KC Navarro defeated AJ Francis via roll-up with Nic Nemeth on commentary. EC3 versus Eric Young ended in a no contest after Young wrapped a chair around EC3’s neck and threw him into the steel steps. In a Walk With Elijah guitar strap match, Elijah defeated Frankie Kazarian after smashing a guitar over him. Mr. Elegance defeated Hometown Man after an Ash distraction. A four-on-two handicap match saw The System defeat Leon Slater and Moose with Cedric pinning Slater. Jada Stone defeated Tasha Steelz following Order 4’s ejection.
The Undead Realm storyline continued with Tessa Blanchard demanding Rosemary reveal how to escape the realm, before a red portal transported Tessa’s crew to the ringside area. Rosemary and Mara Sade brawled with Tessa, Mila Moore, and Victoria Crawford before Allie appeared to even the odds. Xia Brookside refused to explain her betrayal of Lei Ying Lee when asked backstage.
