The AEW and Triller era is officially over. After removing the ability to sign up for AEW Plus on March 27, Triller confirmed the end of the partnership by sending an email to current and past AEW PPV purchasers on Tuesday. “We’re writing to let you know that AEW Plus is being discontinued. AEW and ROH PPVs are also no longer available for purchase on TrillerTV. If you have an active AEW Plus subscription, it will end on your next billing date. You’ll have full access until that date. Any PPVs you have previously purchased will remain available to watch in your account.”
Triller and AEW had been partners since 2019, with the service providing international viewers access to weekly Dynamite and Collision episodes, archived content, and discounted pay-per-views through a monthly subscription. The partnership’s end comes as Triller faces significant financial difficulties — SEC filings revealed that AEW accounted for approximately 19% of their consolidated revenue in 2023 ($10.3 million) and 24% in 2024 ($6.6 million). Orange Crush, headed by Adam Abdalla, has been reported as a potential buyer for the troubled streamer. AEW launched MyAEW.com in March as a replacement platform with a new partner.
