Tonight he addresses the AEW audience for the first time as champion before defending against Ciampa, who has won his last four singles matches and called out the winner of the Allin versus MJF match immediately after the title change. Will Ospreay faces former United Empire partner Mark Davis in their first singles match since the 2023 New Japan Cup — with Davis having brutally attacked Ospreay last week on behalf of the Don Callis Family. Mina Shirakawa faces Hikaru Shida for the first time ever in a match born from Shirakawa’s suspicion that Shida may have been behind the attack that put Toni Storm out of action.
