Darby Allin defends the AEW World Championship against Brody King, who secured the title shot by coming out after Allin’s main event victory over Tommaso Ciampa on this week’s show and announcing he had spoken directly with Tony Khan to get the match made. It will be Allin’s second title defense after successfully retaining against Ciampa in Portland. MJF challenges Kevin Knight for the TNT Championship in a match that was set up in an opening segment on this week’s Dynamite — keeping the former World Champion in a major match-up immediately following his title loss. AEW Dynamite airs live on TBS and HBO Max next Wednesday.
