TNA International Champion Mustafa Ali has another title defense lined up beyond his April 30 match against Adam Brooks. Ali has been booked to defend the title at the May 15 TNA Impact taping in Sacramento, California, against a mystery opponent who reportedly holds a major championship outside of TNA.
“I have received word that a mystery opponent has answered the International Open Challenge. He himself holds a major championship outside of TNA. Who is he?” Ali wrote on social media.
The challenger has not been confirmed. Ali introduced an open challenge to independent wrestlers after winning the title at TNA Rebellion.
