AEW Dynamite Posts Largest Audience Since April 22 Going Head-To-Head With NBA Playoffs

Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite averaged 613,000 viewers on TBS, up 4.8% from the prior week and the largest audience for the show since April 22. The 0.11 rating in the 18-49 demo was up 10% from the week before and the highest the show has done in that category since April 15.

The show competed against an NBA playoff game on NBC that averaged over 7.7 million viewers and a 2.1 demo. Dynamite tied 7th on primetime cable in the 18-49 demo and 15th in total viewers. AEW Collision, which immediately followed in the same time slot, averaged 413,000 viewers and a 0.06 demo — up 7.6% in viewers from Saturday but down slightly from the Dynamite/Collision special two weeks prior.

Compared to the same week in 2025, Dynamite was up 6.6% in viewers and down 26.7% in demo.
