WWE opened its European Summer Tour on Wednesday at the M&S Bank Arena in Liverpool, England. Cody Rhodes defeated Gunther in a Tables match in the main event, escaping a powerbomb and sending Gunther through a table with a Cross Rhodes.
After the match, Rhodes brought an elderly fan named Mandy into the ring, embraced her, gifted her a signed weight belt, and raised her hand as the crowd cheered. He also pulled a young fan dressed as him from the crowd during the night for his signature “WHOA” pose.
