Jack Perry announced at AEW Dynamite Beach Break on Wednesday that he has re-signed with AEW, and delivered a clear statement of intent.
“I want to be World Champion,” Perry said.
Perry’s contract status had been reported as expired and in negotiations per Bryan Alvarez in June. He had been absent from AEW television since losing to Mark Davis in the first round of the Owen Hart Foundation Men’s Tournament on the May 27 Dynamite.
Perry is an AEW original who signed with the company in January 2019 as Jungle Boy. He is a former AEW World Tag Team, TNT, National, and FTW Champion. He returned to television as a babyface at All Out 2025, reforming Jurassic Express with Luchasaurus.
