Bryan Danielson is still with AEW and still contributing on a creative level, according to a Fightful update. His last match was at WrestleDream 2024 against Jon Moxley, and he has largely been away from the ring since.
“Yes, and still contributes creatively. I’m not sure how often he’s actually at the shows or anything like that, but he still contributes I believe. I know the travel could be tough on him physically. I’m not sure if Brie being on the road for WWE has adjusted things for him, but that would make a lot of sense.”
Danielson semi-retired in 2024, saying he would no longer be a full-time performer. He has not wrestled a full match since the Moxley loss, aside from an eight-second match with Max Caster.
