On the latest episode of Kliq This, Kevin Nash was building a list of the best entrances of all time when the conversation circled back to The Undertaker calling the Curtain Call selfish. Nash had some fun with it. You can check out his comments below:
On why he can’t rank Undertaker’s entrance:
“Taker’s is a — I can’t even put Taker in, because it was such a — it was ceremonial. I have to take it out.”
On the “selfish” charge:
“See, but I go against that, though that’s okay. Now, if he’d have done that and exposed the business at the Garden — if he would have actually, later on in his career, got color, that would prove that he wasn’t a dead man. Wait a minute, that’s selfish. But anyway, I’m just messing around. I love Mark to death. You have to take the position that we were selfish, because it’s the Kliq.”
On Hulk Hogan’s entrance:
“But at the same time, I thought it was very selfish. Very long, very drawn out. No, it was just — when you see those old tapes of him coming down the hallway at the Garden, he’s got the bandana on crooked, he’s 330, looks like he just got out of a vat of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter, and he goes out there and he had such amazing natural charisma.”
On where Hogan sits:
“I always think that he’s in a different — of course, like, name a great baseball player. Babe Ruth. Okay, name somebody else. Hulk is just Hulk.”
