Britt Baker gave a deliberately vague answer when asked whether she will wrestle again, replying to a fan on Instagram, “I dunno should I?”
The exchange came in the comments of a beach photo Baker posted. The former AEW Women’s World Champion has not appeared on AEW programming since the November 13, 2024 episode of Dynamite, where she beat Penelope Ford and confronted Serena Deeb afterward.
Tony Khan said earlier this year that Baker remains under AEW contract and is “very highly regarded and respected” in the company, attributing her absence in part to the influx of new talent while saying he expected her to return.
Baker reportedly signed a five-year deal in 2021 that is set to expire in the fall of 2026, with injury provisions that could add time to it.
