Mercedes Mone posted a four-word question on Wednesday and did not say who it was about.
“Do you miss HER,” Mone wrote, capitalizing the last word.
The post drew heavy speculation about Bayley, Mone’s longtime friend and former WWE tag team partner. Dave Meltzer reported last week that Bayley has not signed a new WWE contract and was written off television at Saturday Night’s Main Event in July, with the company’s position described as “Bayley has a decision to make.”
Mone has not followed up on the post. She challenges Willow Nightingale for the AEW Women’s World Championship at All In: London on August 30 at Wembley Stadium.
