Anthony Bowens’ AEW contract expires on October 1, according to Fightful Select.
The report stated that Bowens has not signed an extension and that it is unclear whether he and AEW have opened talks on a new deal. Max Caster’s AEW contract is up on the same date.
Bowens and Caster worked together as The Acclaimed, winning the AEW World Tag Team Titles and then the AEW World Trios Titles with Billy Gunn at All In: London 2023 at Wembley Stadium.
The two have gone in separate directions since. Bowens has been aligned with The Opps this year. Caster has not appeared on AEW television in 2026 and there are said to be no creative plans for him, though he has continued taking independent bookings.
