The card for TNA Wrestling’s first pay-per-view of 2026 is taking shape.
During this week’s episode of iMPACT!, TNA officially announced two major bouts for Genesis, which takes place on Saturday, January 17, in Garland, Texas.
Headlining the event is a rematch for the TNA World Championship. Frankie Kazarian will defend his gold against Mike Santana. This follows their controversial bout on the November 13 episode of iMPACT!, where Kazarian defeated Santana in what was technically his first title defense despite a no-contest finish against Ryan Nemeth moments earlier.
Additionally, a career is on the line. JDC will face his former stablemate from The System, Eddie Edwards, in what is being billed as JDC’s retirement match.
