Penelope Ford is back.
After a three-month absence due to a UCL tear, Ford is set to return to the ring on this Saturday’s episode of AEW Collision: Maximum Carnage. She will team with the dominant Megan Bayne in tag team action against opponents yet to be named.
Ford has been out of action since October, an injury that forced her to miss the inaugural AEW Women’s Tag Team Title tournament. She was originally scheduled to team with Bayne in that tournament but was replaced by Marina Shafir. Her last match took place on the October 22 episode of Dynamite.
Her return bolsters a stacked card for Collision, which also features a National Title eliminator and a huge Trios Championship defense.
