Leon Slater has been pulled from his scheduled match against Ricochet at the WrestleCon Mark Hitchcock Memorial Supershow on April 16, with the event’s organizers releasing a statement promising more information at a later date.
“Despite being previously cleared by all parties and respective management, Leon Slater has been pulled from this match one week prior to our Memorial event. We will have more to say at a later time, but we wanted to be immediately transparent to all fans,” WrestleCon stated. The nature of the situation has not been specified, and no replacement opponent for Ricochet has been announced. Slater is currently the TNA X Division Champion and is scheduled to defend against Cedric Alexander at TNA Rebellion on April 11.
