Eddie Kingston Was Reportedly Hurt In NJPW Resurgence Match

After his loss to Gabe Kidd in a no-rope last-man-standing match at NJPW Resurgence, Eddie Kingston found himself face-to-face with Jack Perry, only to be unexpectedly attacked by The Young Bucks. The assault left Kingston incapacitated, thanks to the EVP trigger.

On the latest episode of Dynamite, it was announced that Kingston, Bryan Danielson, and FTR would form an alliance to take on The Elite in an intense Anarchy in the Arena match at Double or Nothing later this month.

During a conversation on Wrestling Observer Radio, Bryan Alvarez mentioned that Kingston suffered a leg injury when his leg collided with the barricade while taking a suplex off the apron. The severity of the injury remains uncertain, but we send our well wishes for a speedy recovery.
