AEW’s Cash Wheeler Has Aggravated Assault Legal Case Dropped Against Him

AEW

Cash Wheeler, real name Daniel Wheeler, had been facing one count of aggravated assault with a firearm after being arrested in 2023. However, the case was dropped.

Wheeler allegedly flashed a gun during a road rage incident as this was not a domestic issue and did not know the people involved. All Wheeler’s firearms had to be turned over to the local sheriff’s department until the case was over.

Wheeler’s trial, which was originally planned to start next week. Mike Johnson from PWInsider.com has provided an update stating that the Prosecutor’s office filed a legal term called “Nolle Prosequi” on Monday, meaning they decided to withdraw and abandon the case.

Wheeler’s pre-trial hearing, scheduled for today, has been canceled, and his bond has been released. The case has been officially closed as of 3:00 PM on Monday afternoon.
