MJF Returns At AEW Double Or Nothing

After the opening match at the AEW Double Or Nothing pay-per-view event,Adam Cole made his way to the ring.

Cole addressed the crowd, expressing his dissatisfaction with the fans in Las Vegas and stating that he shouldn’t be there as he should be at home recovering from his foot injury.  As the lights went out then returned, MJF came out.

H hugged Cole. However, he swiftly turned on him, delivering a low blow and executing a brainbuster. MJF expressed his disappointment in Cole, stating that he had trusted him before and would not make the same mistake again. He claimed that Cole’s actions had awakened his true self and reminded him of his own worth. Wearing a jacket reminiscent of Triple H’s attire, MJF asserted that he didn’t require the support of New Japan or Vince McMahon to establish his identity. He declared that he would no longer apologize for being the best and criticized the favorites of the fans. Dismissing the significance of masks, he discarded the devil mask and proceeded to drop an elbow on it. Revealing a tattoo with the phrase “Bet on yourself” and an AEW logo on a poker chip, MJF assured everyone that he was committed to AEW and would not be leaving. He concluded by proclaiming himself as the “wolf of wrestling” in AEW.
