Thunder Rosa Says Injured Star Is Needed In AEW

AEW

AEW TNT Champion Adam Copeland and Malakai Black’s Barbed Wire Steel Cage Match at the AEW Double Or Nothing pay-per-view event was filled with violence, involving the use of chairs, tables, barbed wire, and various other weapons.

In a particularly daring move, Copeland hit an elbow drop from the top of the cage. Still, unfortunately, he landed awkwardly on his legs while crashing into Black, who was positioned on a table. Copeland vacated the title due to a broken leg.

Thunder Rosa shared her thoughts on Copeland’s injury during a recent episode of Busted Open.

“It makes me so sad, because he’s so positive in the locker room,” Rosa said. “He gives us lectures of what to do in the ring and how to handle some things. It’s sad that he’s not gonna be with us for a minute. Hopefully this is not a career-ending injury and we can see him doing a big comeback.”
