Samoa Joe Looks Back On His AEW World Heavyweight Title Run

AEW

Samoa Joe was interviewed on the Busted Open podcast, where he looked back on his AEW World Heavyweight Title run that started when Joe won the title from MJF at Worlds End before dropping it to Swerve Strickland at the AEW Dynasty pay-per-view.

“I mean obviously, it’s always a tremendous honor whenever you’re carrying the heavyweight championship or you know, the world championship. And I took it as such. Any time that I have been given the opportunity to step into that role, I try to go out there and give it our best shot and get people to tune in and see what we are doing. So, yeah, that’s about as much I can say about it man. It’s a good time and I look forward to getting back there sooner than later,” Joe said.
