Mark Henry On His Post-AEW Future: I’m Working On Something Big And Need To Be On My Own

Mark Henry joined AEW in 2021 but recently made the decision to depart. In a conversation with Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated, here are some key points:

Regarding his future: “Stay tuned. I am currently working on a major project, which is the primary reason for my decision to go solo.”

Expressing his desire to give back: “I find great joy in giving back. This is my goal – to contribute to the development of new talents, such as Braun Strowman, Baron Corbin, Jade Cargill, Samantha Irvin, and Bianca Belair. Mentoring others is what I truly cherish. I aspire to leave a legacy beyond my physical accomplishments.”

Discussing his upcoming venture: “I have faith in my current endeavor and I am fully committed to it. This level of dedication would not be possible as an employee. I need to be in charge of my own path.”
