Britt Baker Details Suffering Mini-Stroke In Return Promo, Sets Up Big AEW Match

Britt Baker did her return promo on last night’s AEW Dynamite. Baker returned after a long hiatus at Forbidden Door to have a staredown with TBS Champion Mercedes Mone.

Baker revealed that she’d been away since last year after dealing with a couple of herniated discs and a torn hip labrum, only to have TIA, which is also known as a mini-stroke. She dealt with the spins and blurry vision, and her right arm was numb and tingly, leading to a hospital stay for a week.

Baker then cut a promo about Mone and how she has manipulated the fans with her theme. Mone arrived at the arena, and they started setting up for it while Baker was in the ring. The two women exchanged words, with Baker challenging Mone for a bout at All In.
