Wrestler Comes To Cody Rhodes’ Defense Over AEW Criticism

Cody Rhodes recently made waves during an interview on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, where he discussed his time in AEW and his departure in 2022.

Rhodes mentioned that his exit from AEW was not terrible. He acknowledged that some AEW fans may not want him around, but he respects the promotion and saw a bigger picture for himself beyond AEW. Additionally, Rhodes disagreed with The Young Bucks’ claim that he was the last key EVP to sign with AEW, leading to backlash from fans.

QT Marshall, an AEW wrestler and co-owner of Rhodes’ wrestling school, the Nightmare Factory, came to his defense amidst the criticism.
