Dalton Castle Is Sidelined, But Not For The Injury Initially Believed

ROH wrestler Dalton Castle will be out for the rest of 2024 due to injury.

He has been sidelined since getting injured during his match with Roderick Strong, where he was knocked out after taking a knee to the head. Coming out of the bout, there was speculation that he had a concussion.

Bryan Alvarez reports that he was told that Castle was not diagnosed with a concussion. Instead, the reason Castle is out for the rest of the year is because of a different injury. It’s unclear what that is.

Best wishes to Castle on his recovery.
