AEW Signed Star To A “Very Lucrative” Deal

This week, it was revealed that AEW has extended the contract of another wrestler, adding to the list of talents already signed with the company.

Buddy Matthews, now part of the House of Black alongside Malakai Black and Brody King, has been making waves since joining AEW.

Despite rumors of a potential return to WWE due to his relationship with Rhea Ripley, Matthews has reportedly re-signed with AEW at some point.

Dave Meltzer reported that the deal was agreed to months ago, and Tony Khan offered him a new, very lucrative deal.Details of the new deal remain undisclosed.
